WAVE Veterinary Emergency

Our 3 month old puppy ate one of my pills and google said it was fatal in dogs so we rushed him over to WAVE and they took amazing care of him. I couldn’t sleep so I called at 4:30 am and they told me exactly what was happening to put my mind at ease.

We had a scary emergency with both our dogs after hours, and Wave Veterinary Emergency was incredible. The staff immediately told us to come in when we called, staying calm and reassuring. The facility is gorgeous: state-of-the-art equipment in a space that’s both modern and comforting (kudos to Dr. Cindy Bressler for the thoughtful design). Every team member we met was knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. From the moment we arrived, we felt confident our dogs were getting exceptional care. Can’t thank them enough!!

We live in Montauk and my cat Wilbur had a medical emergency. Unfortunately he needed to be euthanized due to saddle thrombus but this staff was everything I needed during the worse day of my life. So glad they opened and are here for our community. So glad we didn’t have to keep driving to Riverhead because when you or your loved ones are in pain that drive feels like hours long. Lovely people. Reasonable prices. I will never forget their kindness and support- thank you Dr. Andrew Reicherter, Russell, and Kelli

So happy to have a 24hr Vet so close to home. I called on a Sunday morning and they were able to see my dog Mac within 2hrs. We were greeted at the door by the wonderful caring staff…shout out to Terri. Dr Sarah Alward was great. Overall it was a good experience for Mac as well as us.

WAVE is fantastic. They are kind, empathetic, patient, and incredibly accommodating. We came in with what we expected to be an end-of-life plan and they performed a miracle on our 12.5 yr old pup. We are forever grateful and forever supportive of this incredible place. We called nearly every vet and ER in Long Island and NJ and they were the only ones who showed this level of care. Special thank you to Dr. Cindy Bressler who talked us through everything and found us an option to save our pup. ❤️
