We went here for our pup who injured his dew claw somehow. The whole staff, from start to finish, was absolutely amazing. They spoke to us, not down, as concerned pawrents. Explained everything from procedure, to medicine, to different prices just in case things change while he was under. We highly recommend this Vet and their staff to all who need.

Wonderful experience. My recently adopted puppy had an infected incision from her spay surgery, and an upset stomach with blood in her stool. Waterside took excellent care of her. Lidia at the front desk is AMAZING, and Dr. Cecil and Kaleb were great as well. They were informative, and took the time to educate on aftercare and medication dosage. The facility is clean and they got us through quick! Hopefully we won’t have to come back, but if I do I know they will take care of her.

We took our boy in for some vomiting and lethargy, hoping it was just a tummy ache. Unfortunately it was much more severe. He ended up undergoing surgery that night. The entire staff treated us with kindness and respect. Dr. Cecil explained his condition thoroughly and discussed all options with us. He is now 4 days post op and he is recovering very well. We will forever be grateful to Dr. Cecil and all of the staff at waterside. His condition could have taken him from us but between us catching it early and the incredible staff, we have more time ahead with our sweet boy! Thank you will never be enough.

Kind, compassionate and quality care. I am a veterinarian and was traveling when my Great Dane had some complications and developed pneumonia. I had no ability to treat her on the road, and of course this is all happening on a Friday evening before a snow storm. We were seen quickly and Esther was treated kindly. The entire team was empathetic and knowledgable. Dr Cecil was fantastic and Riley called to check on her today. Esther and I are grateful for their wonderful care. Pricing was very reasonable (and perhaps even a bit low) for the ability to have a well trained team and a nice facility open during hours that are harder and more expensive to staff.

This past weekend, my 12 yo Lab declined significantly suffering from an aggressive abdominal mass. Jallen, was my Partner ... my Hearing Service Dog who was bred, raised & trained by Canine Companions professionals for 2 years before being awarded to me. She had been at my side for 10 yrs. She was my purpose and I was hers. Providing for her every need, was my job as her handler... it was my 'purpose' especially since I had retired. As I stayed up with her all night Saturday - she had that "please help me" look. I knew it was time to set her free. The awesome staff @ Waterside were absolutely amazing. Kelsey, was patient with us, and explained everything clearly & gently. Dr Isabelle knew our pain... and anxiety and softly moved us through the procedure. I cannot say enough about the ent
