I’ve become jaded and wary about vets. It’s a suffering industry that’s become corrupt and often incompetent due to economic balance issues. I have come here twice now and both times were excellent. Most animals are intuitively anxious at a vet clinic but the personnel here do an excellent job of trying to provide comfort while they do their jobs. I am not an expert on prices, but they seem to be quite reasonable within the wide variation that’s out there. Additionally, they are organized and informative about issues pertaining to my animal but they do not pressure or guilt trip me when it comes to health care decisions, which makes it easy to make informed independent choices.

We appreciate everything about Waterbury Vet Hospital, but especially now as all four of our pets are seniors now. They know us well and our pets are well taken care of. Dr. Emily and Dr. Becci know us the best and have taken great care of the Goulet Crew for years now.

Over the years Waterbury Veterinary Hospital has provided extraordinary care and support to three of my golden retrievers. It was such fun to return as a newly minted “mom” of two kittens. Both Dr. Kristen and Dr. Emily “ooh-ed” and “ah-ed” over my new kids and were especially gentle during their first visit to the vet.

We moved to the area this summer and started see Dr. Haley Harasimowicz for our two dogs and she is great! Knowledgeable, compassionate, and good at making suggestions about preventative care without being pushy. One of our dogs is a ham who loves everyone, but the other is very nervous around strangers and Dr. Haley was kind and patient with him. I have hope that eventually we can actually get him comfortable with a vet for the fist time since he was a puppy. Overall I'd highly recommend this practice.

We have been clients of Waterbury Veterinary Hospital for over 10 years. The staff have shared in the joy of a new arrival to our family, and assisted in ushering a life lived well over the rainbow bridge many times. They are kind, knowledgeable and caring. All your pet needs can be served under one roof: pet care, pet meds, and grooming! I cannot be more enthusiastic in recommending Dr. Emily Crawford and her fine team to anyone needing high quality veterinary care.
