Always the best care and prices for the furr babies. Affordable emergency care as well. My elderly cat got out and was gone for months, when he came back he was half the weight he should have been and had a broken jaw, and paw, and was covered in cuts. Something must have really attacked him. Was able to call and take him down there that day for an emergency visit. They were so gentle and fair to him. The emergency visit, plus x rays, pain meds, and antibiotics all came to around $500. Compared to when I had to take my dog to the emergency vet in the city the visit alone was $500 let alone the price for imagining and anything else. Very informative and courteous staff. They were straight forward in diagnosis. Had a Shepard that needed some minor surgery. Very reasonable prices and quick service.

I staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very tolerant of my 55 lb. wild-child German Shepherd. The price was incredibly reasonable. I couldn't be happier.

If I could give a negative star I would. I took my dog in two weeks ago because of a lump on his side and he was peeing blood. They did an X-ray and examined him and told us it was his muscle that moved to compensate for his hip and spine pain. We ended up rushing our dog to the emergency vet last night because my dog was not walking or moving and struggling to breathe. Our dog passed away last night because of a tumor that ruptured and was bleeding internally it was defiantly not his muscle . The vet last night is concerned as to why it was not caught we took our dog in the first time. In a sense they are responsible for the death our family member. I would not recommend taking your pet to them at all.

I called yesterday afternoon at 3:30 PM, to make an appointment, they asked me the necessary questions to get the information they needed. MADE A PROFILE, gave me a DATE and TIME for my appointment, I drive an HOUR one way to take my puppy in to be see, and they have no record of there ever being an appointment! When I asked what they could do the receptionist just says “she can be seen Thursday.” When I stated that was too late and that I wanted to speak to a manager I get “we’re short staffed.” I understand that but I drove and wasted my time and gas because a Staff member made a mistake and they won’t make it right! RIDICULOUS! She was rude when speaking and didn’t want to do ANYTHING to help the situation but change the appointment date. Don’t waste your time or gas.
