Warrenville Grove Animal Hospital

This is an extremely difficult review to write. My fur baby (17, beagle) HATES going to the vet. He’s always hesitant to be touched and normally screams while there. Since he’s a senior and then some dog, most vets get impatient due to how anxious/stressed and painful he can be. This was not the case at Warrenville Grove Animal Hospital. The service from the front desk staff, vet techs, Tracy, and vets was 5 stars (from my husband, myself, and our fur baby). We were treated with empathy, patience, and the highest level of care. I had to contact this clinic urgently at 7:30am because my dog swallowed something that couldn’t be digested and needed to safely throw it up. I called the clinic and they immediately told me to come in. They were very polite, explained everything and helped us so quickly. I’m very grateful, the staff is super kind and you can really tell they love their job and the animals they care for

Brought in my 2 frenchie puppies. Dr. Miner was very thorough and explain everything to us. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. So happy, we chose them to be our puppies healthcare center.

We can't say enough good things about Warrenville Grove Animal Hospital! They are very professional, caring and compassionate. We have had the opportunity to see three of the Vets at the office at different times, and they are all excellent. They take the time to care for your pet and are there for you when you need them. The staff is also very knowledgeable, caring and attentive. Tracy at the front desk is the BEST! We highly recommend this office!

I used to like this place and the people a lot. But my last visit was less than ideal. When did they start recording everything? I was turned off by their personal phones recording our conversations. Shen dod that start? Why was my main concern not addressed by the doctor? Did the vet tech not write it down or say something? Did the vet ignore it? Was this just to get me to spend $400 on a full blood and urine analysis? What happened to this place?
