I’ve had multiple troubling experiences with Warrenton Animal Clinic involving unprofessional behavior, poor communication, and lack of transparency. The most devastating incident was when my cat passed away during a routine neutering on April 29, 2025. We were told on the phone that he was fine and to come pick him up only to find out it was a cruel lie. Just minutes before we were informed of his death when we arrived for pickup, a male vet tech laughed as we waited at the front desk and said our cat was “freaking out and running around the room.” Moments later, we were told he hadn’t survived. Beautiful veterinarian practice tucked away on beautiful farm land owned by Dr Chris. The staff is very friendly, and courteous. They will handle your pet with care and explain prices and treatment plan in detail. It’s very beneficial, and financially important for this practice to offer low cost spay and neuter program, this helps both the residents of the county and the animal community. We know there are a lot of animals without homes already. This vet practice operates differently and you will need to call and leave a message for an appointment. They will return your call in a timely matter and provide excellent service. Also, they protect your health as well as by servicing you from your car. I cannot express how happy I am with this practice. We brought our dog for spayed and they were so attentive, understanding, and loving it was greatly appreciated! Recommend them to everyone! The vets, staff, and atmosphere is amazing! Will be going to them for all vet needs from here on out!

Love this place. They take pride in helping all their clients and keeping them informed. It's difficult sometimes to get someone on the phone but I don't mind because they are busy and that means they are getting plenty of business and that means doggies and kitties are getting the checkups they need. My dogs love going to see the employees here. 100/100 recommend. The employees even love on the furbabies when they have a second.
