I’ll start by saying they do have a wide range of exotic pets, and that part is great. But unfortunately, my experience with the customer service was awful. My husband and I went in to buy an iguana, and since it was our first time owning one, we had a lot of questions. The employee working that day was on her phone almost the entire time and had her young daughter doing all the work for her. Every time we tried asking for help or guidance on what we needed for proper care, we were basically ignored. Because of that, we ended up buying everything blindly. We even asked if we’d be able to return any items we didn’t need, and the employee gave us a rude response but still told us returns were allowed. If you've ever been to this place then you know it's charm...if you have not, you should stop in and check it out! A visit to "The Jungle" is quick, painless entertainment for all ages and will almost guaranteed leave a memory. Whether you need supplies for your gecko or just like looking at at cute and interesting beasts, this place rocks!

Customer service is horrible here, the lady at the counter was so rude and seemed miserable, we came to get another turtle for my little cousin, she also dealt with the younger man last time and was so nice and knowledgeable! But when I asked her a question, I was ignored the only time she was a decent human is when we were leaving. I usually say something but I kept my mouth shut and nice words to myself but also thought you know what would be better just to write a honest review.

Customer service here is trash. I’ve come here so many times and it’s never better. Just young people running a store they don’t care about. Also The animals are cool but some of the cages are WAY too small. And even the hermit crabs have painted shells when everyone knows that’s toxic for them. Having multiple foxes or bunnies in small enclosures etc is just not okay. I understand yall have limited space but maybe don’t hoard so many animals and reptiles then? At the very least work on the customer service. When asking questions we’re spoken to like we’re stupid. When asking for crickets or really any kind of help they’re just annoyed with you. WHY do you work here????

Very small establishment. Maybe too many pets for size of store but seemed like staff were knowledgeable. Prices might have been slightly higher than bigger stores... neat to see all the animals though.
