This was my first and last time taking my dog to these place, I asked for a teddy bear cut with some length, I didn’t wanted his hair all chopped off like this, as a reference I’m letting pictures of how he looked before his haircut, he wasn’t even matted because the groomer actually checked on him. I will return to my original dog groomer, and as a Walmart associate I will complain to management.

I just love taking my babies here. Ren and Sheana are always so sweet and loving to my pups. They don't freak out when going in there like they did at other places. The prices are very good! I also had their annual visits done with the vet and had a wonderful experience as well!

From the service to the cut. We had an absolutely unacceptable experience. Made an appointment for Oct 8 for 3:30pm. They messaged me the day before asking if I could bring her in at 1pm. I agreed. She ended up being there for SIX HOURS. When I called at 4:30 to get an estimate of when she would be done, they said they were backed up and only started about an hour prior and she would be about 45 more minutes. She wasn’t done until almost 7pm. All to end up with a cut like this. The groomer claimed it’s because she had some mats in her hair, but a professional groomer should know that cutting a goldens hair THIS short is damaging to their skin and their coat. Our golden is 11 years old have has been groomed numerous times. There is never a mat that extreme that calls for her to be shave

Even though my dog Bella is a Samoyed—known for their incredibly fluffy coats—they did an amazing job! The groomer service and veterinary care were both fantastic. The staff was so friendly and professional. Bella walked in grey and came out white! I’m truly happy with the experience and would recommend them to everyone!

Took my fur baby in for his annual vaccines and exam... arrived on my appt time... very quick service... in and out in a timely fashion.... staff was very friendly... will definitely be going back with his brother!! Went back yesterday for his fur brother and the service was even better than the 1st time... very attentive and the exam was so through.... definitely give this place a try for annual vaccines!!
