My husband and I had a wonderful experience with taking our labradoodle, Ruby Doodle, to Wallace K-9 Puppy School. Jim, Dina, Denise and all the other adult and teen assistants were so knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. We ALL learned so much about puppy/dog behavior and training. I feel assured that we have the basic skills and tools to work with our puppy and help her become a safe and highly enjoyable pet with good social habits. Jim, Dina, Denise, they are absolutely amazing people! They are a wealth of information and are so intentional with every single person and dog that comes into their trainings. Our dog has gone through two of their 8 week trainings so far, and we do the Boot Camp every now and then. The first puppy class was so helpful, and our dog learned so much that we had to do the next class. But just keep in mind, they teach you everything that you need to know, but you have to make sure that you work with them at home as well. It doesn’t have to be for three hours a day, but you WILL see results. 1000000% recommend! I could not say better things about them.

Jim and all of his team are top notch. They go above and beyond and are truly passionate about what they do. Our puppy had no confidence in beginning and gained so much throughout class. They gave us all the tools we need to train for obedience tasks in between classes. So, you have to put in the work for the tools they teach to see results. Also, someone was always willing to stay after to answer any questions we had.

We have been working with Jim, Chris, Dina and Denise for a year now with bootcamp, puppy class and now the Canine Good Citizen class. Jim is a master with reactive dogs and gentle with the even the goofiest dogs and youngest owners. Too many owners expect miracles from dog trainers and do not release that most of the work MUST be done by the owner themselves and not just at a class. Training must be consistent and done everyday by the owner, following through with what they learned in class. You won’t regret investing in classes and making time for boot camp when it comes to Wallace K9 Training.
