I never write reviews on here, but i felt so compelled to write a review about this outstanding vet clinic. I’ve take my 13y/o staffie here for his monthly labrella and adequan for a while now. Along with that, i have also been seen for around 3 various emergency type visits. One for urinary retention and for his chronic IVDD symptoms. My dog was seen mostly recently by Dr. Pokraka for a suspected IVDD flare up. I was so impressed with his care. I could see he really took the time to assess my dog thoroughly, as well as get a detailed history of my dog along with meds he takes. He took the time to talk to me regarding my concerns and offered the best options for his treatment as well as tweeking some of his pain management meds. Our dog, Kona, had emergency surgery. The doctors and staff on duty were amazing, communicative, kind, reassuring and everything you would like to see in a veterinarian clinic. Would absolutely recommend anyone to this clinic.

Very kind knowledgeable staff and I love that they are open 24/7 for emergencies. Little pricey but so is every emergency vet. They made me and my dog feel so comfortable while in their care.

My wife and I lost our little guy after 15 years. It was a hard loss, that anyone who has had a pet in the family for that long would say. We brought our guy to Waipahu pet hospital and from the time we walked in the door we knew he was in good hands. The entire staff was empathic and sympathetic to our situation. Doesn't make it easier but they were comforting. When it was time to pick up his cremated ashes the day was somber but again the entire staff showed us live and support. The most surprising and heartwarming effort was a card we recieved a few weeks later signed with comments from many, if not all, the staff. Wow...talk about above and beyond. If you are PCS'ing or need certificates, I recommend calling them for your Rabies and Health Certificates for your little furr baby! The process was easy and they definitely care!! The doctor was amazing!! We followed his recommendation and on the day of the shot (which was the next day) my furr baby was calm and took the shot like it was NOTHING! The pricing was also really great, being that we're leaving. Cost efficient - called like every vet clinics on the island and honestly this was the best pricing. 100/10 would recommend!!
