Top notch service! got my cats spayed and neutered here and they couldn't have done a better job. One of my cats has a heart murmur and they took excellent care of her and let me know the risks with the procedure. Great communication and a fantastic clinic.

Was staying with family and their cat became ill. First visit to vet. Got appointment quickly, taken right in, vet was thorough, and didn't try to over test. Reasonable charge for visit, test, and medicine. Cat quickly recovered with the medicine.

Best vet ever! The entire staff is amazing! We couldn’t be happier with how amazing they all are. Dr. Crimmins is so nice, thorough in his information, and I never feel rushed. We go there for all things dog related. Most recently our dog had his teeth cleaned and it was such a pleasant & easy experience. I can’t say enough good things!

Brought both my dog's there. I live in Waikoloa Village and didn't want to drive all the way to Kona for a vet they were very professional and I feel that if any one of my animals have a medical problem I will feel very comfortable bringing them there.

I lost my best friend yesterday. My boy Marley, a long hair German shepherd from a line of police dogs had been my best friend for the last 13 years. His legs stopped working and he was in pain. I took him to Waikoloa Vet. I was a crying mess already, when the staff saw me. The Veterinarian, Dr Foster, was so kind to come out to my vehicle to check on Marley. We all agreed it was time to let him go. I was given all the time I needed to say goodbye, bought my boy a steak, hambones, ice cream sandwiches, and whip cream.. his last meal was perfect. The staff kept my ice cream cold, and gave Marley a treat as I held him in his last moments.. The Dr and Staff made this horrible, terrible moment in my life as bearable as it could be. I’ll never go anywhere else with my animals after seeing the c
