I scheduled an appointment on February 10th for my dog Piggy . As a new client in the area, the earliest appointment I was given was March 11th. I had called around before making this call and found most places were booked till around the same time. I accepted the appointment. The appointment was for a lump just showed up. She was last at her old vet in August and got a clean bill of health On February 25th, I received a call to reschedule. While I was initially understanding, I was then told the next available appointment wouldn’t be until mid-late April — over a month past the original date. I've been going to this vet for over 13 years. I have 4 cats, every time I go , the experience is great. I live in pittsfield, and I can bring all of my animals at once if needed, which is amazing and saves me time.

The vet is amazingly competent and compassionate. He explained in great detail everything that my pet would have to have done and also explained options, which is greatly appreciated. The even went as far as to send me a follow-up email providing links describing exactly how the procedure my pet had to have and why. I've been using Wahconah for 30 years now.
