Wagz Boutiques

Wagz has been amazing with our Goldendoodle Bailee - We have had a couple of long trips and I love being able to see her pictures on FB and keep up with how much fun she is having. She always seems very happy and well taken care of. I have had no concerns about her stays and am so happy to have found them for her!

I called Wagz this morning in a desperate state. My grandfather is passing away, and I was trying to catch a flight to go say my goodbyes. Pretty much every other boarding facility I had tried told me they were completely full. I called Wagz, explained my situation, and asked if there was any availability to board my dog for the weekend, starting tomorrow. The owner of Wagz, Silver, responded, “We will find a way to make availability for her! I am so so sorry for your situation.” Her kindness toward me and her compassion for the situation brought me to tears. I couldn’t believe a complete stranger was willing to help me in my time of need. Although my dog did not end up staying at Wagz, solely because her vet office (which is much closer to my home) called with a last-minute cancellation f

No complaints on service of care for my dog but was surprised by fee policy. I dropped my dog off Sunday at 10:30 and picked her up on Wednesday at 1:30. I was charged for 4 days. When I asked I was told that full additional day was charges after 10. $50 for additional 3 hours sitting in a kennel was a surprise. I did not see this policy on the web site maybe I missed the fine print. Maybe it will help clarify for someone in the future.

Dogs came home happy. They let our 2 dogs stay together, which we really appreciated. It was the first overnight stay for our Havanese & they said she was excited to be with our Doberman. As our Doberman got older, she developed several health issues that the staff handled wonderfully.

Jan & I left our fur babies for a two-night stay at Wagz Boutique recently. They had been there before but it had been a while and we were a little nervous. The great team at Wagz were wonderful and but us at ease right away. They post photos of the dogs at play daily which is nice to see. We opted for them to be bathed before pickup which made coming home nicer for us. The new Wagz facility is really nice too! You can't go wrong booking your doggy (or kitty) vacay at Wagz! Maverick & Murphy had so much fun they slept almost their whole first day home.
