An exceptional service was provided for my Fuzzi's and floof. Pete gave them dinner, insulin, much love, and stayed overnight. Im so glad that he was able to sleep with our cats because they love snuggles or just staying on the bed. It was also a sense of security that he can also keep an ear out for my diabetic dog. Samantha came by twice during the day. 1- to feed breakfast for the 5 of them and also giving insulin. 2- she stopped by mid day to let my dog out and love on the cats. I had updates every time they came over and pictures! It made leaving them a little better. I have very high standards when it comes to pet sitting, as I have been a pet sitter for other for years (Im a vet tech that will prt sit for clients with animals that may have medical needs). I am so lucky to have found Samantha to walk my 2 dogs. I have one large dog that is not that well-behaved during walks and is extremely strong. She is a complete professional and they loved her immediately. It was easy to schedule and I trusted Samantha and her husband, who assisted a few times, the minute I met them. I highly recommend them, especially if you have a larger, strong dog.

Thanks to the wonderful care Teddy received from Wags & Woof during my recent hospitalization, I was able to concentrate on getting well and coming home to him. They jumped right in to help even though we did not have a prior relationship. The daily updates from them really helped to ease my mind. Sam and Pete did the best job taking care of our Butters on a Saturday night! He had such a great time playing with the other puppies! We will definitely bring our puppy back in the future!!

*Update on a previous 5 star review- To be completely honest, I never thought I would be writing this review and it brings me sadness and frustration to do so. I think it’s important to let others know about Wags & Woof before they book with them- specifically for overnight pet sitting. We have been using Samantha and Pete CONSISTENTLY for drop ins since November of last year. They were wonderful and absolutely adored our dog and we loved having the opportunity to work with them. The issues were only with our two recent trips away, which we booked many months in advance to secure the dates. In the initial meet & greet, we were told one set price for 24 hour care, which changed month by month since they were picking up new clients and Pete went back to work full time.
