This place is a hidden gem, it's absolutely wonderful!! They have a huge, amazing selection of products for animals! They are very knowledgeable on their products, and they know exactly where everything is. They do have a loyalty membership, and sales as well! I highly recommend checking it out. It is pet friendly, too!
Very nice pet store! A large variety of all kinds of pet needs. Sometimes hard to find choices for my 2.5 lb Chihuahua mix but found some stuff she loved! Including some raw food. Will be a regular customer.
This is the worst place I have ever been.They're overpriced, understaffed, and really don't know what they're talking about.They only think you should buy what they have in their store for your pet.If you ask about anything else, they scoff at you. And when you question the price on something that they overcharged, you on, when it's clearly marked on the package one price, and it's almost eight dollars more when they ring it up, they refuse to change the price to the listed price. Now they have been to the michigan attorney General for michiga scanner law its real look it up. Please everybody check your receipts after you purchase or watch the screen as it's being scanned
The staff was truly amazing. I had just adopted a 116 pound baby (dog). I walked in and asked if I could bring him in so we could fit him into a new harness and he wasn't used to us yet. Not only did they immediately agree and offered to accommodate him, but accompanied us through the store helping us get everything we needed. He even picked some treats for himself. Such a big selection and a wonderful place. Thank you for everything. You will definitely have our business going forward! 100% recommend!!!!
I love this new pet store in Tecumseh! They are so nice, have a huge selection of everything especially toys! I have a small dog, so it is hard to find things for her and they have such a selection of small things for her as well! This quickly became my go-to pet store for what she needs! :)
