Wags To Whiskers

First visit here and my cat's first groomer visit ever. Overall I'm really happy with our experience. They see cats when they're closed to dogs and stagger the appointments to reduce stress to the cats, which I really appreciated. I stayed for the appointment. There were two groomers, one with the clippers and one restraining Forest. This was great, because decreasing the chance of struggle helped reduce his stress. They talked to Forest the entire time, making it as low stress as possible for a cat. We got a teddy bear cut (longer version of a lion cut) and it wasn't completely even, but I appreciate that they stopped rather than stressing Forest out even more. His whiskers on one side were cut, but I have no doubt it was an accident.

The ladies at Wags to Whiskers have been grooming my two Westies (Romeo & Bentley) for going on over 10 years. They always do a wonderful job. The dogs go in looking ratty and come out like they belong on the cover of GQ Magazine for Dogs. I highly recommend their services!

My husband brought his very difficult cat there. I couldn't believe it. It only took them twenty minutes to shave the cat down. They did a fantastic job! This cat even leaves the vet techs winded just trying to do a sanitary shave. But these women were able to shave him completely without a nick on him. These are very talented groomers.

We found Wags to Whiskers just by searching a pet groomer in the area as we were new to Maynard. We are so Happy we did, Robin and her ladies are so caring, gentle, and friendly that it was way beyond what I expected. Her sister took my 1st call and really took her time on the phone talking with me. They do not rush you at all and truly listen to your needs. We have now had 2 visits with them and my mini golden doodle always comes out of there exactly with what I tell them I want done. Beyond Happy with their service!

I have brought my dog here twice for grooming. Both times they scheduled me in on short notice and completed the grooming in a reasonable amount of time. The dog looks great, but most importantly she did not look anxious about the experience when I picked her up. She is on some medication that makes her thirsty and they took extra care to make sure she drank some water while she was there. I've never really checked their prices but for my dog's size, breed and temperament I felt they were reasonable. I will go back and have recommended them to others.
