We're very happy with Otis's grooming visit today on his 7th birthday 🥳 Just short of 5 stars only because it was a little shorter than expected (it could have just been a miscommunication). Very friendly staff and a happy dog at pick-up 😀 We'd love to see his birthday picture posted here😉😍 Our family doesn't partake on FB where it was posted😬 Thank you for talking such great care of our fur baby🥰

My Shih Tzu was groomed at Wags And Whiskers on August 23, 2023. The groomer told me she had cut my dog and was going to give me five dollars off!!! My dog had her skin shaved off with the razor and the skin was hanging there She had an open sore the size of a nickel In addition, the groomer, shaved my dog right down to her skin and cut all her hair off her tail. She looks horrible. I called the owner and her response was she would give me a free grooming!!! no real concern or apology Then she tried to justify the cut because my dog had a few mats!! Lastly the owner informed me she rents stations out and I would need to contact the groomer for any vet expenses or reimbursement Luckily, my dogs sore is healing and there has not been an infection. My Sister in law and brother take their pooch (Peanut) here! We were home visiting several years ago, and our Yorkie-Poo (Macy) was in desperate need of a grooming. Wags-N-Whiskers was able to squeeze us in, too! They do a fantastic job all around and at an affordable price. We've brought her back each time we have visited ever since🙌Highly recommend!

We love Wags and Whiskers!!! Wilson has been going to Darla for grooming since we brought him home. I always know that when I drop him off, he is loved and well cared for. I never have a hard time getting an appointment either:) We are glad to have you in town “Wags and Whiskers”!

I love this place. My little Milo has always been shivering after a grooming in other places. But I have Darla take care of him now and he is calm and happy when I pick him up. They can tell who loves dogs. I won't go anywhere else.
