Waggy House - Dog Boarding & Dog Grooming

So excited to sign my new dog up with day care at Rustic Ridge. Fergus ran right in and seemed at home and so comfortable with Emily and Jeff. Really nice/huge place with high fences for dogs safety. I’m thrilled to have my new rescue (high energy) dog a place to run with other dogs while I’m at work. They offer boarding as well which I will certainly use in the future. Highly recommend Emily did an amazing job on bathing Fergus. He is so happy!

Absolutely thrilled with our first experience at Rustic Ridge! My two boys just had their first stay of 5 days, and I couldn’t be happier with how things went. The new owners really took the time to get to know my pups and made me feel confident they were in great hands. The kennel areas are beautiful, clean, with spacious well fenced in outside play area. The pricing is also very reasonable, especially considering the high level of care. I also really appreciated the flexible drop-off and pick-up times—it made everything so much easier for my schedule. My dogs were happy and healthy when I picked them up, and I can tell they had a wonderful stay. We've utilized many kennels in the area over the years, Rustic Ridge goes above and beyond to treat your your furry family members like family.

Jeff and his family are wonderful dog care takers! Our puppy Marley had a great time ant Rustic Ridge over Christmas. They took great care of her, followed our instructions for food/treats, and helped continue her training! We got photo and video updates throughout the days she was there, which was much appreciated. Their facility is very nice with large kennels for each the dogs and lots of space to run around outside. I would highly recommend Rustic Ridge for your pups and we will definitely be using them in the future!

We first boarded our pup at Rustic Ridge (previously Ruffinit) nearly 10 years ago. Although we’ve moved out of the Capital Region over the years, Rustic Ridge remains the only place we trust to board our little one whenever we travel. Jeff and his family are the new owners, and they took phenomenal care of our now 12-year-young pup during our trip in December. Jeff and his daughter Emily are incredibly caring and accommodating! Their attention to detail is next to none. They would take careful notes of each dog’s feeding and medication instructions and send owners daily updates with photos and videos. They’re also incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns. We drove 2.5 hours to board our pup at Rustic Ridge, and it was absolutely worth it! We can’t recommend Rustic Ridge enough.

I am so happy I tried Rustic Ridge for my puppy’s first time being boarded. Jeff and Emily are very caring and wonderful people which helped relieve my anxiety about leaving Gracie. She had a bath and was groomed during her stay and looked awesome when I picked her up. Her stay could not have gone any better, for her or me. Thank you for taking such good care of Gracie. We will definitely be back soon.
