I had such a great experience here from start to finish. When I called to schedule, they were able to get me in within just a few days, which I really appreciated. I was greeted promptly and kindly when I arrived, and the whole atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. What truly stood out was how gentle and patient they were with my dog, who came from a puppy mill and can be very scared in new situations. They even had the sweetest little Chihuahua mix who greeted her and helped her feel comfortable — it was such a thoughtful touch and made a big difference. They called within a few hours to let me know she was ready, and I really appreciated how flexible and understanding they were about pickup time. Going here frequently for my dogs nail clipping. He has black nails so it’s difficult. They doing a great job. No appointment needed. Fast and good price!

Just got my dog's nails trimmed here. Pros: -They fit her in quickly with no appointment, just a call to see if they had time. -Her nails are trimmed well and they even shave the paw hair which I didn't expect but liked. -The price is what I would expect for a trim ($15), not overpriced like many places nowadays. Cons: -They did nothing to comfort her when she yelped out of fear (I checked afterwards and they did not nick her quick, so she was just being dramatic) and tried to pull away. But most places I've been will at least try to calm the dog in some way either by feeding treats to distract or at least just taking their time and talking nicely and allowing her to calm down before continuing. They did not try at all, they just rushed through the job it as quickly as possible. Pro and
