Absolutely love Cindy and what she does for our girl
I take my dog to Wagging Tails for haircuts and to get her nails cut and I always love the results. My dog looks like a brand new dog. Her fur is cut evenly and her claws are cut just right. The prices are very fair, the results are great and you can usually get an appointment relatively soon.
Cindy is so wonderful with our Dog, Dizzy. He is a very nervous dog, but she is so patient with him. He is getting better each time he has to go for a groom.
...never got to have an experience. I had scheduled an appointment for a specific time and I arrived at the scheduled time and was told I was late. The appointed time was verified a couple of times when it was made. I was not offered a suitable makeup appointment- 8 days out didn't cut it. The days of the customer being right do not exist in a small town. I will not be back for a 2nd chance or any subsequent business.
excellent job always! our little guy is squirmy and a hard cut (part schnauzer and yorkie), but always ends up looking like a new dog. been elsewhere -- but wouldn't change.
