Wagging Tail Retreat

We had an amazing experience with this dog kennel/retreat while we were out of town! From booking to pickup, everything was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Our dogs were clearly happy, well cared for, and comfortable which gave us total peace of mind during our trip. Annie is absolutely wonderful — very professional, incredibly responsive, and so personable. She truly cares about each dog and treats them like family. Communication was excellent, and we always felt informed and reassured. We are so grateful to have found this place and will 100% be returning. Highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional, trustworthy care for their fur babies! 🐾

I found Annie and her business on google through good reviews. My husband and I needed a dog boarding service for our puppy and when we went to check out the facility it was very secluded and big! She gives dogs one on one attention when they need to be let out and has a big play area for dogs to run around. This was our second time using her because her price was good and our dog seemed to adjust pretty well! Annie responds very quickly so if you need last minute booking or updates on your dog, she’ll message right away. We’re most likely going to continue to use her in the future!

Reasonably priced. No hassle whatsoever with touring, booking, drop off, and pick up. Anna was very flexible with times. She has done a really good job of making feel like a home away from home for the dogs. I really liked she doesn’t inter-mingle the dogs. She kept everyone’s dog away from each other.

Annie is the best we are so lucky to have wagging Tail close to Bastrop! Luca enjoyed so much the stay.. Annie is friendly and really care about the dogs!! just a great experience
