Diane was awesome with my two puppies- she was patient and took her time to make them feel relaxed and comfortable. She asked a lot of questions about their health, and how I liked them groomed, and did a great job! I would definitely recommend her services.
Waggin’ Tails did an excellent job with our dog! He is usually really nervous when we take him to get groomed. They took the time to let him warm up, exploring the place, while they made sure to ask many questions so they could do exactly what we wanted. When we returned, he was perfect and happy as can be. A very comfortable environment for our guy and the best customer service for us and him!
She was willing to work with me on dogs that weren't able to be clipped as often as I usually do. Did a great job.
Diane is one of the best groomers I have ever used. She is very compassionate to all the dogs she grooms and to the owners. I recommend her for sure.
I absolutely love bringing my maltese here. We live in Wisconsin now, but we still bring him to Waggin Tails every time we're back in town visiting family because we know she does such a great job!
