Ever since we moved to Bryan three years ago, Amanda and her staff at Waggie Pet Zone have always provided excellent boarding services for our pets. But during the last boarding stay, the staff went above and beyond expectations caring for our dog. The staff cared for our dog like he was their own. Our sweet dog couldn’t have been in better care until we returned. I am a customer for life!

I started bringing my puppy to the puppy socialization classes at WPZ as soon as she had finished her puppy vaccines, so she was 4 months old. I was told that it was okay for her to go because she is a small breed dog that only weighs 9lbs and their concern was that they wanted all the puppies to be about the same size. I was pretty disappointed when it turned out that the only other puppies there were either more than double or almost triple my puppy’s size. My puppy is skittish around strangers, both human and canine. I was bringing her so that she could learn how to interact with dogs she didn’t know at her own pace. Because of how dogs play, and because she was the smallest one, she repeatedly got run over, flipped onto her back under 2 other large puppies and stepped on. These were no

We had a great first experience boarding our pup here in early July! It was our very first time leaving her, so naturally we were a little nervous. Before the stay, we stopped by for a tour and were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff. They gave us a thorough walkthrough and clearly explained how everything works, which really helped put our minds at ease. We were able to secure our deposit with no issues. One helpful tip for future pet parents: if you’re planning to bring your pup and may need to run errands or make a last-minute drop-off, be sure to call the day before to confirm availability. We appreciated how organized and communicative the team was—definitely made a difference for us!

My husband and I are from out of town and we decided to board our dog for 2 nights at Waggie Pet Zone for a wedding after hearing good reviews on them. I had called once to check on her and was told that she had a heart by her name that indicated that she was playing well with other dogs. When we went to pick up our pup, I didn’t notice until we drove off that she had several patches of fur missing on and around her face. I called Waggie Pet Zone to find out what happened and the manager called me the next day and told me she would look into it. Later that day, I was called by the manager again and she mentioned that she could not pinpoint where our dog would’ve received those injuries. These injuries should have been documented and I should have been notified. Although we received many ap

We let our fur babies ( cat & dog) stay here and i can say that we had no worries. They ended up doing Great! I really apperciated that they took notes with my super long instructions, explanations, etc. They also never seemed annoyed when I would call and check on them. We set Shiloh up in the room with the tv. I really like that they allow you to bring their own bed and blanket if wanted. Zoey, our cat, seemed very content with her area. She was excited to see me, she was more interested in her large window lol. We have also done a series of the dogs 101 classes with Amanda and she was wonderful! Never ask too many questions with her, she's always happy to answer. My dog ended up being obsessed with her and he loves the facility. He whines everytime we get near it!
