Wag'en Tail Ranch

All I can say is when we take our dog, Maci, to be boarded, she doesn't even bother to say goodbye to us! She runs off with the first available tech that smiles at her and isn't seen again until we pick her up! She is always happy and completely worn out after a stay because she has had so much fun! She's clean and it's very apparent well taken care of during her time there. The staff is always friendly and do a great job of making sure dogs are safe. It makes it so much easier to leave Maci behind when I know she is having more fun without us!

Thank you, Wag’en Tail for such a great experience!!!! This is such a relief as we travel a lot, and I found a reliable boarding facility! Our dogs were happy, And clean from their stay in the bungalows. We definitely will use you again! And thank you for the girls that took care of our sweet babies! Such an amazing staff!

Our dog Max, did not like other dogs but loved people! The staff took great care to put Max away from other dogs, in a run whenever possible. He always came home from a weekend stay well taken care of. When they were apprised of Max's passing, they made a contribution to the Sedgwick County Zoo in his name. It was so thoughtful! We now have a new puppy who can go play at doggy daycare and he loves it there!

Unfortunately, our first experience with Wag'en Tail was not a good one. We boarded our dogs together. We were told they would have access to their run at all times. When I picked up my dogs, they (and everything they had with them) were filthy and damp and smelled strongly of urine. When I asked the kid who was helping me load my things in the car why the toys and beds were wet and smelled like pee, he said they "had an accident" yesterday but that they sprayed their things off. So I have to wonder-- if my dogs have access to the run why would they pee on their beds where they sleep? This is not normal behavior for my dogs. Also, you can't clean pee with water. Also, you put wet beds and toys back in their kennel for them to sleep on. A few other things that are odd/concerning-- they g

I cannot express enough how amazing they are and how much care they put into take care of our dog. Their facility is clean and safe. The customer service is top notch and I can trust our dog is in the best hands. 10/10 recommend!
