Absolute worst customer service there has ever been. I have ordered parts and have not heard an email or phone call back with even an update and it has been MONTHS. I used to recommend the dog pacers to all of my clients but now I tell them to run. Love the pacer but only when I have the components to make it work!! Take your money elsewhere.
Customer service / help is terrible and they have held my money for over several months and have not given my order yet. Beware
I have been waiting since October for replacement part for my treadmill to no avail. Customer support is awful. They won’t answer the phone.
