I've been bringing my 3 cats and 1 dog here for years, great vet and great service. I always feel heard when expressing my concerns and truly feel like I'm getting the best care. My pitbull is very nervous and they do such a great job with him, even when hes terrified of the weight scale and doesnt want treats lol 10/10 vet

We are so grateful for the staff at Waconia vet. Thank you Dr. Lamont, Jill and Sam for your gental hands today as we had to put down our 26yr old cat Chloe. Thank you for being so workable with us and fitting us in last minute.

I would give zero stars if I could. We took our puppy in when he was dealing with bad tummy issues, they misdiagnosed him and lectured me on separation anxiety, he had a bacteria that was causing the problem. The vet pulled up a chair and had me sit down while she lectured me about how to care for my dog. They also sent his results to another person and didn't notice until that person replied letting them know it wasn’t their pet. Another issue occurred when we were caring for a dog we watch. They were in the room with us for maybe 5 minutes and they said come back if it gets worse, we had to take her into the ER later that week and found out she has cancer. We were unable to make it into our regular vet when Waconia Vet Clinic came to the rescue. Not only were they able to fit us into their busy schedule Dr. Lamont did a complete exam and took her time discussing her findings with us. They have been great for follow up questions and care. I am very impressed with Dr. Lamont!

Love the staff from front desk to the technicians and the amazing doctors! Waconia Vet Clinic adjusted their schedule to make time to see my sick dog when he wasn’t even an established patient, and they did this twice! I am now bringing both my dogs here for their ongoing care! Highly recommend!!
