The new management has taken Wabasha County Veteran's Services in a much welcomed direction. Personable, knowledgeable and dedicated: Bill Kerr will assist veterans by connecting them with the services they have earned with an approachable and supportive demeanor. You won't find someone just filling a seat, but a real advocate for soldiers.

One star is extremely generous! It took over a year and assistance from my congressman for them to even access my file. The place looks like a dungeon, dark, walled off, receptionist has the lights off, computer screen blocking your view so you have no idea if anyone is there. 20 year veteran and will never get anything from this office. If you have a choice drive to another office. It would be hard pressed for me to believe anything is better than the service I received there.

Like all governmental service agencies, it all just depends on whether you get a genuine, caring vet on the other end or just another career maker filling the seat until the next job comes up.
