Took my dog in for stomach issues causing vomiting & diarrhea, & and one eye that was bothering her. The vet focused on the eye & said he wasn't worried about the stomach issues & gave her eye drops & said bring her back in two days, & still wasn't worried about the vomiting & diarrhea, even though that was the main reason for the first visit initially & bringing her back because it wasn't better & the vet only focused on cleaning the tear duct in her eye & still said not to worry about the vomiting & diarrhea, even after being told she wouldn't eat, & barely drinking. He is a poor excuse for a veterinarian & poor excuse of a veterinary office. It's 100% a money game with 2 visits totaling over $500 & both visits combined were less than 30 minutes. I would not recommend this place to ANYO

My fiancé and I adopted a dog where they claimed the dog was good with both cats and dogs within 48 hours of the dog being home it has done bit my full grown dog and our cats. We called saying that we will have to return her and the receptionist got an attitude. Receptionist had no remorse for my dog of five years being bitten because they failed to advertise the dog correctly.

I adopted my pup (boxer pit mix) from them in February of 2024. Very nice staff when handling the adoption process. But I was told there was extensive tests done on him to make sure he was in good health. Was told he was perfectly fine and healthy, as the papers said he tested negative for everything. When I brought him home he would itch about every 5 minutes. He would sleep an incredible amount (he’s a puppy yes but it was excessive). I took him to my vet I have used for years where he was diagnosed with MANGE, two types of intestinal worms, and 2 parasites. He had to be treated for all of his diagnosis. I called to let them know that my dogs brothers and sister most likely had mange and they really showed no care, nor apologized for the situation. Through the adoption process they were

We adopted a dog form the Vulcan Animal Clinic and they were clearly awful to the dog. Someone had found her on the side of the road, the clinic kept her for a few weeks to see if her owner showed up. We adopted her after she'd been in their care for 2 weeks. When we brought her home she had so much matted hair that her body was a different shape and she had a obvious skin infection. They clearly didn’t take care of her. In addition, they charged us an adoption fee that included getting her fixed. They opened her up and they advised us that she had already been spayed. Weeks later she started bleeding. We took her to our normal vet and they found that she’d never been fixed so we had to pay for another surgery and she had to go through all of that again. We called and emailed the clinic t

I took my guinea pig in for a check up and to get her claws clipped. The staff were so kind to us. We did have to wait for about an hour to see the vet. I'm sure he was busy. The facility was clean. This will be our new vet moving forward.
