If I could give no stars I would. They broke two little boys hearts tonight . They went to have a meet and greet with a pup last week. Was told they were the first to file paperwork only way they wouldn’t get her is if owners came back . My daughter called and checked on her was told she was on spay list for Wens . She called Tues no one answers she called Wens. no one answered so she went up there . Was told they already called another family. “administrative error” they went with physical paperwork when hers was entered into the computer instead . Even though they admitted she was first to file. Said they couldn’t change it as other family was already notified. But the have plenty of other dogs.
