Voca Springs Dog Training

I have never had a dog before it's always been cats. I was very anxious about getting a puppy. Mark has helped me so much. He listened to my concerns and approached each one calmly and made me feel like I can do this. He spent two weeks with my puppy then called me and said he would like to spend a few more days for some fine tuning at no cost to me. That is great customer service!! After I picked her up he has stayed in constant communication with me. I will absolutely be recommending him to anyone I know who needs a trainer. He goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. Thank you Mark!

The owner of the company is knowledgeable and easy to understand. He was kind with me and my dog Zelli. He helped me note some things I was doing was causing the unwanted behavior. Once noted, Zelli was less anxious and unwanted behavior was modified. Definitely recommend.
