Frankie and international carpets are the biggest liars out there. They installed a carpet that is not glued down in addition they put in on the wrong way this has been going on for 10 months and it’s beyond horrible would never recommend own up to your own mistakes. Refused to send a diff installer to fix cause will cost money so we have now a carpet that won’t lay flat on stairs that kids are tripping

I’m getting my carpets installed this Wednesday, and I honestly can’t say enough great things about the team at this place. Vincent, the owner, is an absolute gem, and Howard has been helping me every single day with this order. We’re beyond excited, and I wouldn’t recommend any other carpet store in all of Brooklyn. After three months of stressing over every detail of our home—from tiles to flooring—these guys have been the easiest and most enjoyable part of the process. They don’t just go above and beyond; they go above “above and beyond.” When my wife decides she wants a runner for the stairs, there’s no question—these will be the only people I call.

Great people, great service, amazing prices. I got my room set up with a full carpet in less then 3 days from the time of placing my order to installation. The guy who did the installation was very professional, did the job in about an hour and left the house as clean as it was before he came

stay away from this place. they have terrible customer service. we ordered the carpet two weeks before we needed the installation like they said we should and they did not come for another six weeks. when they finally did come to install the carpet they were missing one of the room's carpet. But the installers were unaware so they prepped the room and then did not have it. the missing carpet took another few weeks to come. (still hasn't come) this whole time you can't even get the guy named Frankie on the phone. the secretaries take your number and he never calls you back. the only way to actually speak with them is to walk in during business hours. we made a big order from them and the carpet that is already installed looks nice but we will never use this place again.

Frank was very helpful. Price was very reasonable. Carpet installation went smoothly. Carpeting looks awesome. Job well done.. highly recommend.
