Seemed nice at first and a reasonable price. We should have noticed right away that it was too good to be true. They straight up lied about deworming our cat. It said on both the flyer and their website that the 8 week kitten package included deworming, but no deworming medicine was given to our cat. We aren't experienced kitten owners yet so we didn't realize they had cheated us until we mentioned it to a family member, who explained that they should have given her a syringe of liquid along with her shots, which they did not. We called their customer service, who claimed that her records said she was dewormed, but both my roommate and I were watching the whole time, and she was not given any oral medication. I will try to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume it was an honest mist
