VIP Petcare Vaccination Clinic

This lady from VIP petcare in Fleet Farm was very unprofessional! Supposed to be first come first serve, and from 4 until 5:30. First off, there was no directions in the store and nobody knew where to go because they didnt even get there to start setting up until 4:10. Then evidently its NOT first come first serve because some people got text messages so obviously they made an appointment beforehand! Then she announces that no more than 3 dogs can be waiting at a time! I showed up first, with one dog and another lady showed up right after me and she seen me standing there and tells the lady that got there after me to go walk around until shes called! Still ignoring me, people started funneling in from the other direction and she just started taking care and asking for their phone numbers f

The ease of scheduling and getting there was great. The Vet did a very good job of examining my pet. Very good vaccination clinic to be offered! Thank you
