It was a pretty standard clinic. I am a little disappointed in the attention to details in the after visit summary. It listed my puppy's weight as 0.5 lb which is inaccurate by about 15 lb. And the vaccine schedule I was told by the vet tech was different from what the after visit summary said. It would be nice to get clarification on the vaccine dates.
We have been using VIP Pet Care clinics for years. They are convenient and professional. And I like that we can go to any clinic and they have our information. We are not locked into the one near our home.
It was chaos. Some people waited more than others because staff allowed new comers to sign in first. Some appts had been deleted as was mine. I have been a long time client of VIP but staff could not find my appt! A leader was needed to oversee the operation and avoid a lot of wasted time. I have never experienced such a mess. A lady was so very upset with the incompetence she could have easily had a panic attack. Your people need to be better trained and maybe a copy of procedures for various scenarios as a reference if questions arise. Better training with the computer app is essential.
They explained the new process to check in. They were informative and very patient. The vet game me info on my doggie!
