VIP Pet Resort

Our Frenchy was dropped on her head and suffered a dislocated hip when under VIP Pet Resort Care. The owner refused to speak to us about this event defending the teenager who dropped her. We e had 700 dollars of emergency vet care and our dog had a concussion and a dislocated hip. Note the constricted pupil and wound on dogs nose when we picked her up.

We love this place! Have searched for many boarding places over the years but it's the omly place we've boarded our now senior dog and he comes home happy and not stressed. Thank you!❤️

I really liked this boarding facility. All the staff members I met were friendly and seemed to care a lot about the pets in their care. I paid for extra playtime for my dog and it was so worth it. He had a blast both in the pool and playing fetch in the play yard. I also love that they don’t mingle the dogs together. That gives me a lot of peace of mind while I’m traveling. I’m new to the area and haven’t left my dog at a boarding facility before (he’s always stayed with family in the past) so I was surprised they didn’t call or email me to let me know all is well. I don’t expect daily calls, but as a brand new client who said they’ve never boarded their dog before I would have expected a call after the first night just to set my mind at ease. Last visit my boxer had puncture wounds on her nose which they attributed to her “aggressive “ nature which in 5 years she has never displayed! I should have known better but tried them again. They were obviously not fed properly as both were visibly thinner and starving when they got home. Also due to a major HURRICANE on our ship we were 1 hour late picking them up and charged additional $70. When I tried to speak to manager they were unavailable and I was told they couldn’t do anything. Very poor and rude customer service

We were moving from outside of state and had no idea where to take our fur children upon arrival, as we couldn't move into our new home without our household items which were being held hostage somewhere in NC. So we picked VIP, and when we got here after our 9 hour drive they took our cat and dog in, and they have been taking care of them for 4 days now and hopefully only one more, maybe 2. We believe they are in good hands and are being treated well. We'll see when we pick them up. 🙏🏼🤞🏼
