Took Dora in for her first time at a groomer, she connected with the hostess right away and she did really good took about one hour @ $35 would recommend you stop in and give them a try plus the place is cozy

As a dog owner with a few pups, I’ve visited several groomers over the past few years and, after being disappointed by most, I decided to give this place a try. I’m glad I did! After taking my four pups today, I was very pleased. Not only are their prices reasonable compared to other groomers, but their grooming skills are fantastic. The staff was very helpful, and I felt they truly cared for my pets and listened to my requests. The only thing to keep in mind is that they only accept cash or checks. I was so impressed that I’ve already scheduled an appointment for my two pups tomorrow. I’ve posted photos of three of them today—though the fourth pup didn’t feel like posing, lol. I highly recommend this place and will be making them my preferred groomer going forward.

Love VIP grooming! This place is affordable, the employees are kind. They're so good with my dog, who hates going in, but they're sweet and patient and we've never had an issue. Bonus - they sell PLANTS in the waiting area and it looks like a house, it's the cutest place ever. Please stop in and give these wonderful ladies your business.

I had been going here for years and brought three different dogs to them. All of them varying levels of difficulty to groom. Unfortunately, after my last visit I won’t be coming back. My dog Milo has very sensitive skin so I’d bring in his special shampoo so there’d be no risk of an allergic reaction. They must have forgotten to bathe him with it because he had scabs all over his body like he’d broken out in hives. Please be careful when booking here especially if you have a dog with sensitive skin. I loved this place and even the little plants they sell but I’m very disappointed with them. They’ve lost a very loyal customer and someone who’d recommend them to people all the time. It’s also become very difficult to book an appointment now because no one answers the phone when you call.
