Village Veterinary Practice-Western Springs

They are responsive to our needs, welcoming and concerned about the health of Buster. Buster has been a patient there since 2012. That’s the day I found Buster wondering on my work campus at Loyola University Medical Center. I am thankful for the entire staff.

We’ve just had one visit but we loved every interaction we’ve had with everyone so far. Scheduling was helpful and professional. The doctor called and was personable and explained everything she suggested with our soon to be 11 year old cat in a way I understood. We’ve recently lost a young diabetic dog and I feel let down by a couple of local vets. I am hopeful that we have found a vet that will take the time to treat our babies AND listen when concerns arise.

We have been taking all our dogs to Village Vet since 2008. We have always appreciated the compassionate and appropriate care. The only reason they did not receive a a fifth star is because we now live between two homes on a seasonal basis. We have found that the practice is neither as helpful nor flexible in meeting our needs. It’s painful to be treated this way after nearly twenty years as a customer.

Village Veterinary Practice has given excellent care to our dog Mona for the past 15 years. Our new puppy, Maddy, was seen for the first time by Dr. Heger who was very thorough and enjoyable to work with. Support staff are always pleasant and helpful.

I have brought Pancake here numerous times and it was been a wonderful experience every single time. I wouldn’t have such a happy and healthy bulldog without the excellent care of the staff from Village Veterinary Practice. We will be lifers!
