Village Veterinary Clinic

We moved to the area about 9 months ago, and I chose this vet for our dogs because I had heard others speak highly of this office. They were absolutely right! We’ve now been in multiple times (for well visits and sick visits) and every time the employees here have been so nice. One of our elderly dogs ended up being diagnosed with kidney disease a month after we moved and it progressed very rapidly. Dr. White gave me all the information I needed to make informed decisions about next steps with my pup, and helped me get a little more time with her at home before she passed. I’m grateful to all the staff at this office for always being friendly and helpful, and I would recommend this vet to anyone that loves their animals like people. ❤️ P.S. Treats our entire animal family with loving kindness and care. Truly has the need of the animal at heart. Goes over pricing with you. When our dog Chipper had to have surgery to remove a blockage, one of the vets came in on their own time just to check on him and call us. That meant so much to us! When my husband found a stray cat at work, they got us in the same day to help. I also noticed they've been working with a local animal shelter. All good things from this clinic!

The greatest vet in all of North Alabama. They are always compassionate and we have never felt over charged for anything. Thank you for caring for our cats all these years.

Had never visited this Vet but called them last week about my Dog being diagnosed with Cancer and the need of euthanization in the near future. They were incredible from the beginning... Compassionate, patient, understanding, and explained the entire process to me. I contacted them this morning and explained it was time.. they immediately got us setup w/ an appt for this afternoon. Not only was the entire staff helpful from start to finish but the veterinarian herself was incredible. I def will use them in the future and will highly recommend them to anyone...Thanks Again!!!

10 week old kitten with sniffles, upper respiratory. Tech says its 60$ new patient fee plus meds. OK? Comes back with two contracts both over 300$ i refused. The actual vet was great, kitten was treated for the URI and a dewormer, 111$. If your company policy is to try to hustle your patients, it's crap. Figure it out. No. It wasn't confusing. Your tech brought me two options to choose from. Both were beyond the scope of the visit. I was forced to stand my ground to get my cat medical help. Take some accountability.
