My first visit to Village Vet center was wonderful. The waiting area was large, clean, and nicely decorated. The front staff, vet assistant, and the veterinarian were very friendly and knowledgeable. My cat, who had needed “kitty downers” at a previous vet office, was very calm and even purred as she was being examined. The vet was accommodating in doing my cat’s treatment in steps. I will definitely come back and recommend Village Vet Center to others.

Brought my cat, Kat, in because he was extremely itchy around his neck and it was causing him to lose hair. Dr. Shores and the other lady (sorry, didn’t get her name) were both very nice and knowledgeable. Dr. Shores noticed there was a fluid in Kat’s neck but wasn’t sure if the fluid had bacteria in it until she tested the fluid and found out that there was. He was given a depo shot and antibiotics in the form of a pill and it’s been a week now and he isn’t scratching anymore and his neck has gone back to (almost) normal. No more fluid! He’s still missing hair but it is starting to grow back slowly but surely. Thanks Dr. Shores!

Best Animal Pet clinic! They handled my husky so well to where he stayed calm. Luke Skywalker appreciates the treats! :)

Village Veterinary Center has been my vet for almost 4 years! We have 2 fur babies that go there and Dr. Shores and the team are always so wonderful. It is also so nice to hear the same voices when I call, Dawn is so sweet and quick to get us in. We have had a spade and a third eyelid surgery there with no issues! One of my babies goes regularly for her allergy injections and both get their annuals there. The techs are always so gentle when they take my fur babies back and they never come back scared. I love the people there and 100% recommend them to anyone in the area!

Dr Shores is very thorough and diagnosed our new pup with a significant heart murmur. Breeder wanted second opinion so we took the puppy to their chosen vet who didn't hear anything. Dr Shores had two other Dr's independently check the puppy and each provided their own assessments which confirmed what Dr Shores originally said in her first puppy check. Dr Shores explained things well and listened and addressed all concerns. I would definitely recommend.
