Village Vet

My dog is older and is struggling with mobility and comfort. All the staff at Village vet do their best to help my girl be comfortable and still able to do the things she loves. I about cried when she was out in the yard running and playing with her brother, something I never thought I would see again. Highly recommend!

Our dog had a nasty eye infection and Sydney at Village Vet got us in as a new patient the very next day! I am so impressed with the detailed intake form, the Otto app and professionalism of the entire staff. The practice is so clean and welcoming. Both Dr. April Habenicht and Megan were so thorough and had lots of patience with our anxiety ridden rescue dog. I am so happy we found Village Vet.

Highly recommend! Price point is fair, staff is wonderful, we never left with any questions left unanswered. Surgery went great, I liked how informative the surgeon was!

More or less accused me of not giving my dog his flea/tick/hw combo pill for several months which is not the case. They also did not know which pills my other did was prescribed. Did not send latest records to the daycare as requested. Despite multiple requests, they kept sending emails/texts to my wife instead of me. Told them multiple times I want my dogs' bordetellas twice a year, but they enter it in the computer as once per year. Did not make any attempt to try to consolidate visits. I shouldn't have to go to the vet 4 times a year for the same pet.

I am so grateful for the care, knowledge, and suggestions that Village Vets give to Ellie, my sweet feline baby. The entire Staff are such caring People. When, necessary, they get us in quickly. So grateful 💖
