This was the first time I had ever taken a dog to get groomed. I rescued her in November and her hair finally had grown out from the humane society shaving it. I asked for a basic grooming just to touch up her length, cut nails, clean ears, and a bath/blow dry. They did a fabulous job!! Definitely will be our regular grooming spot from now on🥰

Worst grooming experience I’m been too. They cut his private area bad enough when we got our dog back it was still bleeding, only thing they cared about was us bringing him back to “ look” at him. Not to mention only thing they were supposed to do was fix his undercoat and they chopped a piece of his hair on his top high-end. If you’re this careless maybe you shouldn’t work with animals. What’s worse is the fact they didn’t even show any kind of remorse as they didn’t care at all as If I was lying.

Super clean, no dog pound smell. The groomers are wonderful, they listen to what you want your fur baby to look like and deliver! Very affordable, give them a try!

Our Kaia does well here. The groomers take good care of the dogs. About the same price as most non-chain groomers. Been coming here for years. Tried another place once and was not happy. Came back to Village Groomers.
