Victoria Park Paw Spa

Fifteen days later, our dogs are still recovering from what happened at Victoria Park Paw Spa, and hospital visits at affiliated and owned Victoria Park Animal Hospital. On 2/16, our Shih Tzus were groomed by Kim and Jessica. We provided clear instructions and reference photos. One dog had some mats, which is not uncommon for long coated breeds. In 15 years of owning Shih Tzus, none have ever been shaved down because of matting. Professional groomers have always safely combed them out. Our 8 month old puppy had no mats. We did not authorize a 1/4 inch shave. We requested a short summer cut while maintaining their breed appearance. Both dogs were shaved down. I have had my dogs groomed here for years. When I had my senior dog, he received special care to make him comfortable. The dog I have now is treated equally well and anything special is gladly done. I would like to thank Adrian for always paying attention to the details and all of the various groomers for their fine work.

Great pricing, super friendly staff and my dogs weren’t terrified like usual when getting groomed :)! They smell great the bandana and bow on them was also adorable!

My mini poodle is not the easiest to groom and I was hesitant as to weather or not he would be able to stay still for his first groom at a new place with a new groomer ,but Amy and Z were so welcoming and assured me they would do the best they could up to where he would be able to tolerate it without forcing anything on him . That itself made me feel at ease . My dog came Out super happy and smelling delicious . I’m so glad my sister found this place and will definitely be back . Friendly staff , excellent customer service and clean environment . Z and Amy are amazing

I’ve been taking my golden retriever Benny here for the past two years and they are amazing! Benny always looks so fabulous and clean, the team really does any amazing job making him look amazing a feel comfortable which is so important!
