Vickie's Pampered Pet

This was my first visit to Vickie's. Both my puppies look great and their hair has never been softer. Nails could have been clipped a little shorter, but were buffed nicely. Price was very reasonable. We will return.

This was the best grooming Kane has ever had at a fair price. We are very pleased.

2018 edited review: I only went here to get my dog's nails groomed. The price for this is $7 and it is walk-in friendly which is a good thing. BUT the service is 1 star. I was so disappointed. The place is located at a residential home, theyve built a grooming shelter connecting to their home. At first I thought it was neat to see a local business this way. Afterwards I understood it only supported the fact that they were Very unprofessional in skill. Like I said I only went here for 1 simple thing, to get a nail trimming for my dog. I went there and stepped out within 3 min. The groomer was an older lady whose attitude was very friendly, just for this I'll give 2 stars generously. Very nice service. she made sure that my huge goldendoodle puppy was comfortable to stay with her before she took him back. Her husband that works the desk was very kind.they were very straight up about the price and that it would increase as he got larger. She did his haircut just as I had asked, nothing more, nothing less. I was very pleased.

Poor customer service. I don’t know if the owner was having an off day or what, but her demeanor was unwelcoming. My dog had only been groomed once before and was still being socialized, so he needed a period of time to warm up to someone new. Even after explaining this to the owner, she continued to yank his leash, making him timid, and made some unnecessary grouchy comments. When I told her to give him some treats, he warmed up to her, as I told her he would. I was never once asked what work I wanted done. When I came to pick him up, she had completely butchered his face which is naturally supposed to have longer hair. Aside from making my Havanese mix look like a prissy poodle, which is just unacceptable, his fur was at least uniformly cut.
