Veterinary Wellness Clinic of Spring Hill

I should’ve seen the red flag for what it was whenever I contacted this office and they wouldn’t give me a straightforward answer about how much my kitten’s visit would cost. I asked to schedule for a rabies shot and a deworming and was told it would be around $100. Email correspondence photo attached. The staff was very kind whenever we arrived and the tech came in and took our kitten to the back to see the veterinarian but when she returned with my kitten they informed me that she did not recieve the rabies shot because she was younger than we thought and we’d have to schedule back. Okay, no big deal. Then she informed me they did however go ahead and perform services on the kitten that we did not schedule for (nail trim along with a “technician fee”) None of this was communicated before

My first visit with my dog since I'm new to the area. The staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Lembo was knowledgeable and made it easy to discuss to the health of my dog. He was recommended to me by other family members and I understand why.

We love Veterinary Wellness Clinic of Spring Hill so much! We switched to them years ago when our senior dog needed dental surgery, and they were able to perform the procedure at a third of the cost of our former vet. More importantly, Dr. Lembo took the time to reassure me about the euthanasia involved when I expressed concern. Then, when our dog reached the end of his life, the whole team treated us with the utmost compassion while guiding us through the process. We are now on our second dog that has been a patient here, and we continue to feel like we are in nothing but the best of hands. The reality is that quality veterinary care isn't cheap. We use Vet Wellness for our pets and absolutely love them. So helpful & always the sweetest to our fur babies. I wish they were able to be open 24/7. ❤️😻

This office does an amazing job. From the moment you walk thru the door they greet you and your animal (mine being a dog). I am a RN so tend to be pretty picky when it comes to my animals health also. They have a great bedside manner. Office staff are very polite, professional, and efficient. And prices seem to be comparable to other veterinary clinics in town.
