I feel that my dog was well cared for and given the best care possible. I was really impressed with all of the staff that I interacted with during this stressful time. The very tech who we checked in and checked out with. She was knowledgeable, kind, and professional. I feel that because of the care my dog received, he will continue to have a high quality life.

I was very impressed. Nuba was treated with great care. I was also able to get a better understanding about the the potential problems and treatment. I have to say that everyone I dealt with was extremely caring, informative and professional. While I am still waiting for results and where we need to go from here, I was much more reassured and hopeful than I was when I left our regular vet. That means a great deal to me as Nuba is my whole life. Great care, knowledge and empathy

Excellent care! The folks were kind, courteous, knowledgeable and patient. I am very happy with the service. I wish I could remember everybody's names, but whoever helped moochie whether they helped with his medical needs, helped brush him, or just took a moment to pet him, thank you very much! The staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable with having to leave my cat there for a couple of days. They even sent me photos of him.

I am beyond grateful to all of the staff at VMC. They were able to get my dog in with internal medicine for an urgent matter within a couple of days of contacting them. Any dog owner knows how incredibly stressful it is when your baby is hurting and you desperately need help and this practice made me feel seen, supported and at ease. From the incredibly sweet woman I spoke with on the phone, to the amazing LVT that took care of my boy all day and Dr. Koch who fixed him, I am so impressed with the compassion and quality of care at this facility. Huckleberry has made a full recovery and is doing fantastic thanks to all of you. We appreciate all of you so much and I know we can count on you for his future care!

My fiance and I came here yesterday with our cute little 3.5 year old domestic long hair tabby boy Bagheera, It was a very long and stressful day. We brought him in because he was having these rapid breathing episodes, lethargy, not eating, and just overall unwell. When we got there we were a little mislead about the initial price of the exam but after the care and knowledge the staff gave us I am happy with the results. At first the doctor got him incubated and triaged, and was discussing the possibility of some serious issues such as HCM (congestive heart failure) and other lung/heart issues. They wanted to take some x rays and blood tests to see what was going on with him so we agreed to do that. We waited a very long time and finally got some news that wasn't an ideal result but not li
