We had to go to VEG because our dog had bloat. Everyone was so helpful and on top of things as soon as we walked in. They performed the surgery to save her, and a couple of days later we got to take her home! Everyone there is extremely nice and helpful. They took very good care of my dog and my husband who would stayed with our girl the whole time 😊🐶

Excellent experience during a difficult time. Jack was in good hands throughout the process. Our little guy was impaled by a tree branch and Dr. Jamil had excellent bedside manners. I appreciated them letting us be up close and alongside the doctors and nurses to ask questions and help make our cat feel more at ease. Great team and care!

I was scared to go to this place because it is located in the more expensive side of Santa Clarita and it just looked too polished for an animal hospital. I worried even more when the staff was positive and encouraging, keeping us involved in the whole process. Like, what's the catch... right? But now that I am home and have checked the bill, I am amazed that this was not just a big show. The positivity and encouragement was authentic! My pup had to have stomach surgery following ingestion of copper wire and, although we had insurance, it was not nearly enough to cover a full range of services for care. The doctor walked me through the pricing and eliminated any charge that could possibly be put aside. I ended up spending only 25% of what I originally thought I would have to pay. The d

We visited today and were truly touched by the care and compassion shown by the entire team. The facility was incredibly clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed, which made a very difficult day a little easier for our family. We especially appreciated the private and calm space that allowed us to spend meaningful moments together. Everyone on the staff was kind, supportive, and respectful throughout the entire visit. A very special thank you to Jimmy for going out of his way to prepare such a thoughtful last meal for our dog — something we hadn’t even thought about but meant so much to us. I was so worried about taking my BabyCoco in to this new location. Going off on the reviews, I read on line. I didn’t know what to expect. She was attacked by a dog. From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely amazing. 🫶 Dr. Kevin Lee and the entire team made us feel calm and at peace. She had few stitches in her lip/nose. They answered all of my questions. Now my baby is home resting, and I truly can’t thank them enough for the care and compassion they showed us. We will definitely recommend them!! 🐾🥰🐾
