Horrible customer service, no price transparency or clear instructions on what will be done to a cat under their care. They sound and talk like scammers trying to do anything to get a consultation payment. There was no sympathy or care in the customer service representatives. I called twice because the first time I was put on hold and forgotten about. I called again an hour later. The second time, they answered and showed their lack of care and transparency. I do not recommend this scammer hot spot to anyone. They can't answer simple question and believe they can gaslight and scam customers to get their money. These people are not here to help you, I REPEAT THEY ARE NOT HERE TO HELP YOU, they are hear to take your money, to mock you, and to gaslight you out of your money. Do not give them
