Excellent care for our family pets. If you love your pets and are looking for a veterinarian and staff that truly cares, this is the place. I have been taking my dogs here for over ten years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We are always met with a smile and great service. The Drs are so knowledgeable, compassionate and supportive. I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else.

Came across these reviews and decided to share mine as a cautionary tale to anyone using this practice or Karl as a "vet". Some years back I took my dog in for what he said would be routine biopsy of a pea sized nodule plus teeth cleaning while under anesthesia. I told them to CALL if anything unplanned were to happen which they did not. Without my consent, he pulled 16 teeth. I was later told by a different vet two months later that it was clear the remaining teeth hadn't been cleaned. The routine biopsy went horribly wrong. He cut a nerve and my dog had no use of his back leg after that. It's called knuckling and I have video and pictures to show the aftermath. This is a wonderful place. They got me in after my dog had a seizure when two other clinics turned me away because they didn’t have appointments for new patients. Dr. Robinson was very kind and gentle with my dog Ginger and even carried her (she’s a 60lb greyhound mix) in to the clinic for me since she couldn’t walk. He was very knowledgeable and gave me options for her care. He answered all questions I had and gave Ginger extraordinary care. The prices here are very good and I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

Received a bill for services on my dog from the previous owner. Was threatened to be sent to collections if I didn't pay someone else's bill. Once I called and explained the bill wasn't mine to pay.... they told me I wasn't to do business with them anymore. I was a loyal customer for 15 years and always paid all bills in full. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Very disappointed with this clinic. They expected us to pay a bill for services provided on our dog months BEFORE the dog was even ours. The person who brought the dog in for services (the previous owner) should be held responsible. Very poor business practices. Will definitely be taking our business elsewhere.
