Front desk ladies were very nice warm and welcoming. They made sure that I knew my cat was in good hands. They also took the time to help me understand all of the problems that were happening with my cat. Very lovely people. Highly recommend coming here. they also got me in when they had not a lot of time.

I’ve gone back and forth on making this review because ultimately they did provide the care that I wanted. I brought my 7 year old GSD in because she wasn’t eating like she normally does. Going 24-48 hours without eating is not normal in a senior dog. She’s not necessarily dog friendly, and there were other dogs and owners in the lobby I asked for us to weigh her after they had left. They agreed, the vet tech came in and gathered information on my concerns. A couple minutes later the vet comes in and says that my GSD has gained weight (8 pounds) and is just regulating her own weight since I’m not. I asked how she knew that she gained a specific amount of weight since she had not been weighed today. The vet quickly back pedaled her claims but offered no diagnostic support or interventions u

What a great vet experience! Rae was absolutely wonderful with my pet from both a communication and pet-side manner. She made sure to keep me informed and explained everything thoroughly. Everyone at the front desk and in the office were so nice and helpful, I am so glad I found this practice!

I'm really struggling with this review... I really wanted to like them! If you are looking for a beautiful, state-of-the-art facility this is it! If your looking for a reasonable vet this is NOT the place!!!!! I've been a pet owner for 20 years and I have never EVER paid what I've paid for veterinary care at any other place. Costs here are inflated!! And I'm really only speaking about an annual checkup- no major health issues or injuries that require specialist. They failed to review past medical records because of HIPPA. Allegedly, they got notice before our appointment but failed to contact me to help get access to what they needed in preparation for our visit. Visited today with my newest addition, Bridget, for an exam. Front desk staff are great. The vet techs and veterinarian we met today were great as well. Low stress environment and beautiful decor in the exam rooms. Thanks for seeing us today and treating my newly adopted dog with such kindness. See you in 4 weeks for her booster vaccination.
