STAY AWAY!!! DO NOT bring your pet here!! I brought my completely healthy dog here for an elective procedure. I got a call 2 hours later that my dog was loosing a large amount of blood and was in unstable condition.( Dr.Berger almost killed my dog) When I arrived Dr.Berger tried to assure me the dog was going to be okay and claimed that it was “normal” for him to be the way he was and that he was “completely comfortable sending him home“ and that he did not think it was necessary for the dog to go to the ER (regardless of my dog coughing up blood an unable to breathe). I ignored him and used common sense and rushed to bring my dog to the nearest ER where he was admitted immediately and spent 4 days in their ICU in an oxygen cage. Unbelievable vet!!! Dr. Katie is so sweet and down to Earth, Dr. Berger we had used on Dutch virtual service was amazing(that's how we found out about the practice) and Dr. Ferguson whom we had for a virtual visit for our girl Emmy was super sweet as well! Very convenient with tele health appointments and very reasonably priced. Only concern was their in house pharmacy prices were very expensive when compared to a regular human pharmacy, but all vets offices are that way. If you can get a written script and take it to Walgreens or CVS you'll definitely save $, but the convenience of having onsite meds especially if it's animal specific is very helpful. Overall a wonderful practice, very caring and understanding, will absolutely continue to bring our big lovey for anything she needs goi

I’m beyond thankful for this vet office. When my dog became very sick, they took immediate action and treated him with such genuine care and compassion. The entire staff was friendly, patient, and willing to answer every question I had, which really eased my worries during a stressful time. They didn’t just focus on the medical side—they also worked with me to make sure the cost was manageable, which meant so much. You can tell they truly care about both the pets and the people who love them. Thanks to their skill and kindness, my dog is happy, healthy, and back to his playful self. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with his care!

If I could give zero stars I would. I took my cat here after finding blood in her urine, they diagnosed her with stones in the bladder and gave us a list of medications that we’d need to start giving her ASAP. All of the medications were outrageously priced, example $250 for a month’s supply of gabapentin. We asked for a printed out script of the medication so we could fill it elsewhere for a much more reasonable price. A day later we get a call from the vet saying they refuse to approve the prescription when the other pharmacy called them to confirm because “we didn’t fill it with them”. When we explained the reason being we found it for a fifth of the price elsewhere they said “well that’s your decision to not buy it through us, so we cannot help you” then proceeded to hang up on us. So thankful for Veterinary Center at Fishhawk. I have 2 senior cats who have been patients for a few years, and VCF have helped my cats through many different situations. Service is always above and beyond. We see Dr. Katie & Vania often and love them! ALL the staff & vets are exceptionally kind and helpful. I’m grateful for how patient and thorough they are. They also build such great relationships with their patients & get to know the animals personality so they can best work with them. One of my cats is an F4 Bengal, and although he’s aged a senior cat, he’s still full of antics and can be spicy, and they are completely prepared and love him so much anyway!
